Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfume products, our return and refund policies are structured to ensure fairness to both our customers and our brand.

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during shipping
  •  

  • The wrong product was delivered
  •  

  • The package arrived leaking or defective

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return or refund.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened perfume bottles
  •  

  • Used products
  •  

  • Products returned without original packaging
  •  

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Personal preference regarding scent

Fragrance perception varies between individuals, and therefore scent preference is not considered a valid reason for return.

 

  1. Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

  • You may be asked to ship the product back or dispose of it depending on the case.

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

     

  1. Replacement Policy

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, especially if:

  • The product was damaged in transit

  • The wrong item was shipped
