Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, customers will be notified via email.

Currently, Lurance ships across India.
We are working towards expanding our delivery network and may introduce international shipping in the future.

 

  1. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the customer’s location and the courier partner.
Typical delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2-4 business days post shipping
  •  

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–5 business days post shipping
  •  

  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days post shipping

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on logistics conditions.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the order value, delivery location, and promotional offers.
If applicable, shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, Lurance may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.
