FRAGRANCE STORY
tHE SCENT OF
FLOWERS
A garden that never fades

THE STORY
HOW WE ENGINEERED THE IMPOSSIBLE
Every perfumer we consulted said the same thing delicate florals don’t survive the Indian climate. They evaporate. They turn. They’re gone before lunch. We wrote that down as the problem we were going to solve
THE MISSION
The real challenge lay in making it light, clean, and delicate, yet strong enough to last. We had one mission: freeze that moment inside a bottle. Not approximate it. Not evoke it. Freeze it. Permanently. And make it last.
THE BREAKTHROUGH
We set out with huge expectations and after failing for 8 months back to back with different materials and different environments, we gave up on it entirely.
.
.
.
Until……we saw one of our colleagues was holding a rose and throwing down one petal at a time while muttering if his girlfriend will say yes or no to his proposal (Yes, this still happens).
That gave us an idea: The slow bloom matrix. It releases petal by petal. It never announces itself all at once. It never disappears. It simply continues. Our goal was to capture that exact, fleeting moment of pure freshness and permanently freeze it in time.

THE NEW VISION
India’s florals have always been sacred. It was time they were also permanent. The fragrance industry’s relationship with India is a long, one-sided story. Indian soil produces oud, vetiver, sandalwood, jasmine, the raw spine of the world’s most coveted perfumes. The finished bottles then returned to India, diluted and synthetic, designed for European weather and European skin.
Our founding question was simple: What if a perfume were made for where it would actually be worn? Not adapted afterward. Not tweaked for climate. Built from the ground up, with Indian heat as the design condition, and Indian botanicals as the engineering solution.
We pointed east. To Odisha. To the sunlit temple courtyards and coastal mornings where the air carries something ancient and clean, where flowers are not decoration, they are devotion. That is the emotional register we were engineering toward.
THE ENGINEERING
We tested through natural perfume making processes but failed miserably. We failed so many times that we had to sit down entirely and we hit 5 sessions of Ideation and then we completely redesigned the process by adding Citrus and Mandarin which complimented the floral essence and made it pop hour after hour rather than fading hour after hour.

NOT JUST A FRAGRANCE, A PRESERVED FEELING
Most floral perfumes disappear with time.
This one evolves with it.
The Scent of Flowers was engineered to preserve the sensation of freshness long after ordinary fragrances collapse under heat, sweat, and movement. Every layer was designed to remain elegant, breathable, and alive — even in the harshest Indian climates.
It does not overpower the wearer.
It becomes part of them.
Soft floral warmth, radiant citrus brightness, and clean sweetness unfold gradually across hours, creating an aura that feels effortless rather than artificial. The fragrance never turns heavy, never becomes exhausting, and never loses the identity it began with.
What remains is not simply a scent.
It is the feeling of walking through a living garden that refuses to fade.
A fragrance built to survive beautifully.
A bloom engineered to remain.
THE PHILOSOPHY
India has offered its most sacred flowers to the world for centuries as ritual, as devotion, as the raw material of someone else’s finest perfumes. The Scent of Flowers is the moment India kept one for itself. Not to compete. Not to prove a point. Simply because it was time.
